The Commissioned Pastor Program of the Presbytery provides a means for elders in the Presbytery to be

prepared to serve as pastors. It consists of a series of courses taken online (10 commissioned pastor

courses from Dubuque Presbyterian Seminary or their equivalent) and a mentoring process within the
